food ingredients that are good for you

- salmon [delish!]
- garlic
- curry or specifically tumeric
- cooked tomatoes, esp. cooked in oil
- honey. I love how versatile honey is. I use it to replace sugar when cooking, I use it on my face weekly as part of a masque, I use it on wounds. so amazing.
